Marduk frontman throws fan from stage

Seems like all hell is breaking loose with the fans at Marduk shows in California. First a fan tried to light a bible on fire in Los Angeles (see here), then last night at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco, a fan decided he was good buddies with Marduk vocalist Mortuus and was thrown from the stage.
