Manowar cancel show in Colombia
MANOWAR have canceled their performance at the Parque Metropolitano Simón Bolívar in Bogotá, Colombia on November 26th. A statement from the band reads as follows:
"Regrettably, Manowar must formally announce that it will not perform at the Parque Metropolitano Simón Bolívar on November 26, 2010 due to contractual failures on the part of Eventos Seven Ltda (Grupo Internacional Seven). It is Manowar's hope to inform its fans as soon as possible to avoid any ticket purchases based upon the mistaken belief of its performance at this event.
Manowar remains hopeful that it will secure an appropriate venue in the near future to perform for its fans in Colombia but unfortunately cannot perform at this event as originally planned.
All fans who have already purchased tickets or other packages for this event based upon the promised performance of Manowar should contact Eventos Seven Ltda (Grupo Internacional Seven) to seek refunds of any monies paid in advance of this performance.
Manowar again apologizes for these unfortunate circumstances which are clearly not in its control and deeply thanks its fans for their continued support.
