Germany’s WDR Rockpalast has shared a professionally filmed video of Finnish metal band Battle Beast performing their song “Straight To The Heart” at the Eurosonic Festival 2019 held in Groningen. The video provides fans an opportunity to revisit the band's energetic live performance from the event.
In December 2025, Battle Beast announced that Noora Louhimo, their lead vocalist for 13 years, would be leaving the band to focus on her solo career. The band expressed their support for her decision, acknowledging the demanding schedule of Battle Beast made it difficult for her to explore other creative ventures. Both the band and Noora expressed gratitude for their shared experiences and wished each other success in their future endeavors.
Noora Louhimo explained that her departure was influenced by personal health challenges and a desire to pursue her own artistic path without the constraints of the band's rigorous schedule. She described her time with Battle Beast as a significant period of growth and development and views this change as the start of a new chapter for herself and the band.
Following her exit, Battle Beast confirmed Brazilian singer Marina La Torraca, known for her work with Phantom Elite and Exit Eden, as the new lead vocalist. Marina expressed excitement about joining the band and acknowledged the challenge of succeeding a well-respected artist like Noora Louhimo. The updated lineup is scheduled to tour Japan and Australia starting in March.
Noora's last live performance with Battle Beast took place on December 14, 2025, at Progresja in Warsaw, Poland. Footage from this concert, including the closing song “Wings Of Light,” has been shared to mark her final appearance with the band.
