Prosecutors Plan To Appeal In Randy Blythe Decision


Randy Blythe court 2013 With the verdict of innocent just hours old, the Prague prosecutors office has announced plans to appeal the judges ruling.

The state prosecutors have announced their intention to appeal the verdict to the Czech High Court; they have eight days to put this in writing.

The three judge panel all reached the same conclusions in the case and agreed in his acquittal. The court ruled that the act described in the charges cannot be qualified as a crime. It added that the family of Daniel Nosek can claim compensation in civil court proceedings.
