Morbid Angel "Masters Of Chaos" tour

Morbid Angel has announced the Masters of Chaos Tour 2006 which will span much of the major U.S. cities starting this coming April. Supporting Morbid Angel on this tour are Behemoth, Krisiun, and Despised Icon. This tour is primed to be an absolute cant miss in 2006 for any Death Metal fan and we here at Earache are as excited as anyone else. The band toured throughout Latin America an unbelievable two times to popular demand in 2005 along with Europe and it seems like its the U.S.s turn now. Earache records is now set to release a Dual Disc version of Morbid Angels masterpiece album Altars of Madness on March 13th, 2006. The album is considered to be the one of the most highly renowned albums in metal and one of death metals most defining releases. The classic album will now contain a DVD side which will feature a legendary live concert of Morbid Angel in 1989 at Rock City in Nottingham. The video was shot during the bands first European appearance as part of the Grindcrusher tour. This video is a rare glimpse at Morbid Angel in their early days when they were still becoming the legends they are now today.

Morbid Angel spent more than fifteen years of their careers working with Earache before parting ways in 2004. Releasing all their works to this date through Earache records, Morbid Angel has help to define both the Earache sound and influence much of todays metal scene. The band is without a doubt one of the most influential and innovative acts in metal history.
