STATE:CHAOS announces release of debut album

Dutch melodic thrash metal band STATE:CHAOS announces the release of their debut album CHAOS || PAIN || DESPAIR through British label Casket Music. The world-wide release has been scheduled for December 1st, 2010.

STATE:CHAOS' first album CHAOS || PAIN || DESPAIR was recorded by producer Hans Reinders at the PITstudios and mixed and mastered by producer/guitarist Jochem Jacobs (Textures). The band found a match in British label Casket Music to release their album. It will be released and available as of December 1st.

The album shows a "unique blend of melodic death and old-school thrash metal", according to guitarist Mischa. "Lyric-wise we've laid down our vision on chaos, pain and despair as a result of war and oppression", tells front man Remco, explaining the title and artwork for the album.

STATE:CHAOS was formed early 2006 and recorded the four-track promo ASHES OF MISERY later that year with Mangled producer Erwin Hermsen. Since early 2009 they've been a part of Doomstar Booking's roster.
