Video Posted of Nikki Sixx Speaking at the National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month luncheon
This passed Thursday, Nikki Sixx (Motley Crue, Sixx: A.M.) was the featured speaker at the annual National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month luncheon on Capitol Hill. Sixx was invited by the National Association of Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) and spoke alongside Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Administrator Terry Cline and Center for Substance Abuse Treatment Director H. Westley Clark M.D. Sixx was the first rock musician to ever be invited to speak at the event in its 18 year history.

Sixx will release "The Heroin Diaries" on September 18. His band SIXX: A.M. recently released the soundtrack to the book.
