DISSECTION frontman on upcoming U.S. shows: 'We were always determined to return'

Swedish metal pioneers DISSECTION have announced the following dates outside their final European appearance on June 24th, 2006 at DISSECTION MIDSUMMER MASSACRE '06.

In a statement about coming to North America for the two shows, singer/guitarist Jon N?dtveidt said: "We are very proud to finally announce our first concerts in the U.S. in more than a decade. During all that happened in the intervening years we were always determined to return."

In other DISSECTION news, on June 27th, 2006 THE END RECORDS will put out the ultimate reissues of both ‘The Somberlain' and ‘Storm of the Light's Bane,' both will come with multiple bonus tracks, previously unreleased material, new layouts and remastering. As well, all three DISSECTION albums will be released on gatefold vinyl this summer too. They will be available in Europe at the Midsummer Massacre '06 show on June 24th, 2006 and in North America on June 27th, 2006.
