AKERCOCKE PROMISE A LIVE SET OF SURPRISES IN LONDON

AKERCOCKE have promised that their forthcoming show at Londons Underworld is going to be a rather special event to tie in with the quartet's ten year anniversary. Mendonca has said - "We will be wheeling out some of the more epic material that has never before been delivered live as well as pulling some older material out of the bag that hasn't had an airing for many years. We have been rehearsing a lot to bring these oddments up to speed with the rest of the set and hope that this show in our home town will make for a rather special live experience." Akercocke are headlining at London's Underworld with guests, the UK thrash metal legends Onslaught on Saturday May 13th. Plans are afoot to see the show released on a long form DVD later this year.
