MANNTIS Confirmed for Sounds of the Underground Tour - Europe

Finally, the explosive Southern California quintet MANNTIS will play Europe!

The band are excited to finally be able to bring their fiery live show to Europe and support their current album "Sleep In Your Grave", as part of the European Sounds of the Underground tour. Expect nothing less than unrelenting metal intensity!!!

MANNTIS singer Jake Sirokman comments:

Following their highly successful American debut in 2005, the organizers of Sounds Of The Underground; Paul Conroy and Carl Severson of Ferret Music, Tim Borror, Larry Mazer of Entertainment Services, with promoter/partner House of Blues along with partners Metal Blade, Trustkill and Prosthetic Records, The Syndicate, and print sponsors Metal Hammer are pleased to announce SOUNDS OF THE UNDERGROUND EUROPE. This promises to be one of the highlights of this summers festival season, a melting pot of the hottest bands in the US metal and hardcore scenes. The most important celebration of underground music to hit Europe this year.

Sounds of the Underground Co-Founder and Ferret Music director Paul Conroy explains "We're very pleased to bring Sounds of the Underground across the Atlantic with some of the artists that played such a huge part in launching this tour in North America last summer. Band's like Madball, Chimaira and Unearth represent the diversity and growth within the underground heavy music scene, which reflects the spirit of our tour. We're proud to have these bands as well as our friends in Terror, All that Remains and Manntis representing our 1st international tour venture."

Mark of Chimaira: "Hey everyone! So we are coming back to invade your countries once again. That's right, we are proud to announce that we are going to be a part of the first European 'Sounds Of The Underground' tour. Last summer we did this tour in the States and it was a fucking blast. Killer diverse bands bringing intense metal and hardcore to the masses. The biggest complaint I heard was that it didn't come to Europe and the UK. Well, complain no more and get in line now, 'cause you know these shows are going to sell the fuck out!"
