Eyes of Fire new song online

By Darren Cowan

Century Media recording artist, Eyes of Fire has posted a new song on their Myspace page. The band featuring former members of the Relapse experimental/doom band, Mindrot had this to say:

Last night EoF posted an mp3 for the song It All Dies Today. The version that is posted is an edited version for the video and will eventually make its way to radio stations across North America. Eyes of Fire have never been fond of editing songs to fit the time constraints of video and radio formats. Surprisingly, the band was happy with the results of the edit and didn't feel that it affected the integrity of the song. This time the edit came out virtually flawless and the only difference between this version and the origional is that the chorus and bridge have been cut to half as long. Most people probably wouldn't even notice the difference between the two. This version also appears on the Hot Topic 2xcd Metal For The Masses Vol. 2 Featuring other acts like Shadows Fall, God Forbid, Arch Enemy, Fireball Ministry, Nebula, Nevermore, Bleed the Sky, Swarm of the Lotus and many more!

The It All Dies Today video will appear on Mtv and Fuse early next year. Look for an exclusive rough version of the video to appear on the CD ROM of the official album.
