As the auburn haze of autumn fades
The fire dwindles, yet still aflame
The glowing blaze begins to dwindle
Yet a shining spark still is still ablaze
The hibernation of my soul
I fall into slumber within my frozen cave
Amidst the dark my eyes now close
All light has faded but still a glowing ember remains
A corpse is reborn, a beast of the frost
To wander the chilling savage land again
Cold and dead, I roam this barren earth
Drawn towards the light like a moth to a flame
The dark season of change
A chaotic transformation
As I am wrapped in the chains
The cold chains of chaos
Lifeless and dead
Full of hunger, I thrive
The nocturnal breed awaken
To feed and survive
In winter
This is the land of the living dead
From the crypts and the tombs all rise
The frostbitten chains are forever bound
When the sun doth set and the moon doth rise
Cold chains of chaos
We are winter bound
