When a stellar flare threatens to wipe all life off the surface of the Satellite, humanity is forced to find a settlement location on the barren and unwelcoming lands of Theasterion, a planet 20 times the size of Earth.

'Ashes & Embers', the first chapter of this conceptual project, describes the rainforests of the Satellite being devoured by flames, a cause of the devastating stellar flare. The fragility of nature and its relationship with humans is a recurring theme in my storytelling, and the intensity of the music reflects this dynamic through the rasp of distorted instruments.

A last salute to nothingness

Far out in the distance

I watched them fall
