My mind has seen this place of despair.

A place that shows all dreams are null and void.

The dreams you have for a better world.

A world that’s ruined by excessiveness.

Down there you ask yourself “do we ever change?”

You see the facts around...enough to make you cry.

It breaks you down and crushes you to dust.

There’s nothing left...your soul has given up.

I’ve seen this place and yet I carry on.

Fought my way out of there, with every strength I had.

Trapped for a real long time, lingered in this hell.

But seeing that staying won’t get me anywhere.

I can’t deny a truth that’s taking shape.

But on the other hand, residence is taking place.

The ones among us, which lead us into mess

Can’t hide their failure in the quiet shades.
