The flames of the end

like waves rotting over the world

The scorched remains of a once alive planet

The sun came down, end of all life

Lava bursting out of large cracks

earth meltdown is near

As I enter the realms of a lost world I see

all that remains is ashes

Through the wastelands I walk

amongst the fallen carbonized victims

The earth still burning

Flames higher than the sky

Mother Earth is bleeding

through wounds never to heal

She lays raped, left for dead

Her cries can be heard throughout the universe

With fatal scars all over her body

never to be healed

aftermath, radiation

burning relics, vanished life

charred surface, infected core

soon to cool

Beneath the shadow of the sun

The sunlight's so intense, she's burning our eyes

The earth still burning, flames higher than the sky
