I do not want to burn
Truth is my cold water
Extinguish the fire of my body
But not this head
Skull in the mirror
Grinning at me
Skull in the mirror
Head without a corpse
I feel fear
Like Napalm
Raining down the forest
As I run
I feel my skin peeling
Like the skim of a liquid.
The head in front of me
Grinning through the flames
Everything before me
Blurred by the blaze
I do not want to burn
Truth is my cold water
Extinguish the fire of my body.
But not this head.
I see it, reflection, in the hot air.
It is my skull.
Grinning, but not for mirth
Its due to the anatomy.
All the flesh, burned down
So simple things can be.
