I stand here midst bones and ash
Of a world lost to the past
The memory now fades away
As a setting sun darkens my day
*Solo- Tristan*
The wisdom of a thousand years
Our tales now fall on deafened ears
Ragnarok has come, the world withers
But not in flame, but as whisper
And like the untamed wilderness
Our culture erodes
The young boys no longer aspire to be
Like the heroes of old
Young people no longer know
The stories of their ancestors
But as long as I can speak
They will never die
I feel the skies are cold and dim
Spirits no more whisper on the wind
The life of the world is gone
The age of Aesir is now done
*Solo- Ethan*
I still live on
With sorrow deep within me
My body aches, and my heart bleeds
If only my spirit could live again
Like a candle’s flame
Against the breath of winter’s wind
A biting tide, so bitter cold,
We lost our ways, our story’s told
Perhaps on some long distant day
Our blood shall light again it’s way
And guide those who still remember
And kindle flame from my ember
