Come to be devoid of

Our freedom in nature

Blindness and power

Consume all of of our dignity

And only some will stand

To defend the rights of man

Watch as they fall—

All the values that we built our world on

A tale that won't forgive its every curse

Repeated in our insanity,

Shedding virtues with time

But I found a new world,

A world underneath us

They'll call to the surface

And lure us on all our desires

The truth won't save the tribe

Bury where it matters not

Wait anymore

And you'll be weakened to the point of madness,

But come to love this brighter state of mind,

A chance for us to be something else,

You'll become what we all need to be

We've brought upon ourselves

A world of complacency

With standards unrealized

And nothing to rectify

Well if this is what we are,

We'll trample till we retire

On all our civility

Like ashes beneath our feet

We can't understand we're limited

But where are our feelings

When we're under the earth

With new kinds of beings

Who wish to protect

Our individuality

And keep the peace?

We will be the strong

We will be forever

Consciously evolving

Down within these realms,

A place for reinvention
