We used to think that, our lives would last forever, if it all could only end in peace. A day of joy, a feud had been one. And as the sun went down, of course we expected a dawn. A prophet cried, "this world will end tomorrow". And our joy soon shifted, to a void of sorrow. Where is the land i knew? The dream that I fought for, the house that I drew? How could it end this way, when our children were promised, a brighter day. We're getting near. Our time is running out, and we can't protect our dear. I see old men cry, they gaze high and plead. But the gods are my hangmen, so I will not weep out their creed. Way across the distant sea, at the end of a mountain range, I wanna be. Home where the apples grow, find me woman, and never let go. Where is the land I knew, the dream that I fought for, beyond oceans blue. Now when all is lost, and there is no tomorrow, there's a spark behind the agonizing sorrow. Where is the land I saw? The promise remains in the core of my heart and, we pushed those bastards way across the sea. I never thought I'd see the day, when our people was freed. I'll remember, I'll remember us, I'll remember this, They'll remember us, forever 'til dawn.
