I have killed Orcs
Faced vermin kin
Broken horrid trolls
Slain mighty dragons
Beaten fell elves
Killed foes in numbers un-told
But none have fallen me
Fighting for the doom I seek
Traveled far and wide across the lands
Fought many a man and beast but still
Searching to die at a mighty foes hands
So now withdrawn from the world above
Searching for a worthy foe bellow
Following tales and legends
Of a mighty dark beast
Through the old halls
Abandoned centuries ago
Silence is thick in the air
Every step grows darker
The air starts to stink of rotten flesh
I am nearing my prey
Pushing past an old barred door
coming to a feasting hall
such a sad sight to behold

a place forgotten
An empty hearth
A table of bones
Empty tankards
So dead and so cold
Now past the homes
And mighty halls
To the mines of old
Long since condemned
It is here in these dark forgotten holes
I seek my death
Not from some orc
Or some fell troll
A dark creature of legend
All around
The air is growing cold
Into its lair I walk

Staring the creature in the eye
One of us is going to live

A powerful hit

Loosing the fight
Closing my eyes

Greet my wayward ears
My forefathers
Welcoming me
To a golden table
Endless-the drink flows
Divine- the food
