Seas of Thirst Lyrics

I have dreams, nightmares

Visions of a pretty place now in decay

When I wake up bathing in my sweat

I realize that dreamworld starts outside

I wish you were inside head

And that you could see through my imperilled eyes

Watching the seas of thirst

While we destroy the food that we don't sell

Life itself contains it's pleasures

But still the rich live next door to the poor

Live on earth is fullfilled with riches

Such a shame that not all are dealt a fair hand

I have dreams, nightmares

Visions of a pretty place now in decay

I wish you could see through my eyes

See our food rot while others starve and fade

Seas of thirst, piles of food

While we grow fat famine strikes around the world

Can we not just quench our greed

Share our food and irrigate some lands

Life itself contains it's own pleasures

But still the rich live next door to the poor

Live on earth is fullfilled with riches

Such a shame that not all are dealt a fair hand
