Something that lurks in the darkness

A thing we cannot see with the naked eye

We cannot avoid it's coming

we cannot avoid it's existence

And it comes for us all

Unseen it evades us all

Through the crevices of our being

It spreads slowly and steadily

Until we suffer from it's presence

one by one we plague, one by one we suffer, one by one we shall fall

We cannot avoid it's coming, we cannot avoid it's existence

We cannot avoid it's nature, we cannot avoid destruction

And then we must commune

All must abide and bear the consequence

we now face the aftermath

What must we do pray to our gods

We have been forsaken

A balance to be restored

Now the question lies there before us

Must we really do that what feels right
