Is My body given to you

This cup that is poured out for you

Is the new covenant in My blood

Truly, truly, I say to you

Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood

You have no life in you

For whoever eats on My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life

And I will raise Him up on the last day

Not by means of goats and calves

But by His own blood

Thus securing an eternal redemption
