I finally become conscious

I can't remember being born or dying

But as I awaken I find myself

In a coffin

Kicking and screaming

Impaled and bleeding

Deaf and unseeing

Maggots protruding

Light is eluding

Touch is unsoothing

Thrown into this hell forevermore

Never ending

Eternally suffocating

I will never die

Somehow hurled into existence

Isolated

I'm on the verge of insanity

Cast in darkness

I hear Satan laughing at me

God is reaching out

Salvation is not within me

My soul is torn apart

Waiting for this war to end

Horror fills my brain

Smelling my own putrid stench

Death fills my domain

Buried alive

Waiting for death

My sepulcher

Born in a tomb

The grave

Never-ending fear in the grave

There is no more hope in the grave

Only suffering

Can you hear me scream in agony

Answer my cries

Visions of angels and demons

Seen before my eyes

Does no mortal know that I exist

I'm now insane

Maggots feasting on my flesh

Bones are left

A skeleton is all I am

Still no death

Buried alive

Waiting for death
