Democracy, A thinly veiled threat, leaning and lacking ways and means

Proof of concept, rough show preamble, founding fathers lead by example

When will I learn? Will we evolve and earn, truth brought to light

A will resolved to fight? Bloodied blunt force spinning.

Will they ever learn? Cross to bare, humanity to burn

Winding up tables to turn.

The weasel hung by mob, is no less unjust, vigilant values hiding in wait

To fade change, sow chemicals into seeds, dependency, bite, hands that feed

Living, Breeding, barely breathing, growing up from the bottom, crawling out

Nothing sacred, above or below, judged by meaning, Matter or fact

A slippery slope to moral high ground, human bonds, fractured and bound

Smile the almighty, with no uncertain end, superstition, prefer to pretend.
