Lessons are learned by suffering and intolerance

Degraded to slaves we must learn obedience

Never getting ahead of my self, never losing my head,

Despite the trouble I'm in

Why is my ego so distinctly present?

Why won't my knowledge take me higher?

Am I still unworthy in the eyes of the Gods?

The complexity of the matter never seizes to amaze me

Perspectives are diminished by the glistening reflections

The essence of my spark is ever smaller than I imagined

Makes me enhance my focus on visions I once abandoned

Always compelled in ways unforeseen

Intrigued by the knowledge included in me

Is there ar eason I'm forced to be seen

Misjudgement, confusion I've been put in?

Have I grown deluded by the answers I've sought?

Always passing me by, the true meaning

So aware constantly, my patience runs thin
