Geographic redlines, racial taxonomies, juridical apparatuses designed to replicate deprivation.

Presenting its outcomes as organic consequence,

Biopolitical management becomes indistinguishable from annihilation.

When institutional procedures are optimized for the extraction of surplus from flesh,

Without recourse to restitution of redress,

What is called "policy" is merely a euphemism

For the curation of suffering.

In forms deemed publicly tolerable and legally defensible.

And thus, bodies are not merely destroyed, they are processed.

Pain is not merely inflicted. It is quantified, transacted, and archived within systems indifferent to their origin

And unconcerned with their accumulation.
