Far from any sense I do my routine move
Mankind's stupidity is what I really prove
Caught in a complex mind trap
Money can never fill that gap
I – a part of a huge evil machine
A brutal enemy on which mankind lean
Here I am – a producer of death
Yes a slave of work I am
I've lost my dignity and I've lost my pride
Millions of others equally on my side
Fed and greased with oil
Dirty lies from the cradle to the grave
Rules for us to safely behave
Work has imprisoned us in a cave
Loyalty to whom? I ask myself
Who has the right to force me into production – to steal my time?
Here I am – a producer of death
Yes a slave of work I am
As a mindless cog in the wheel I do my part
But I do it with hate that is bound to almost tear me apart
I've realized I don't wanna conform
But who are the bastards who make up society's norm?
An industrial wasteland – no hope for tomorrow
Lives filled with eternal sorrow
A fear of the factory horror
That's why I'm proud to admit it
I didn't go to work today
And I won't go tomorrow
I'm not a clockwork out of order
Representing mankind's new order
Now I live for pleasure
The treasures of our earth
Wasn't that the reason
I was given birth?
I've found dignity I've found pride
One day – millions of others equally on my side
