veils of dusk cover the earth

all light now vanquished

eternal night calls to its

deepest slumber

From within the chambers of time

trembles the pulse of it's heart

a force from time before time

the carrier of life

Hidden deep beneath the flesh

the ancestral origin

a silvery mirror

reflecting the light that dwells beyond

It's time for the one

to reach the lawless realm

Hearken to the wind

as it whispers with words of sorrow

I close my eyes and dream my last dream

As blackness falls upon this perishing world

night's venomous sigh breezes through my heart

A Sight of an endless grey

flashes before my eyes

It draws me nearer

I drift beyond the veil of time

Where we are ageless

Where the elders reign

To the great beyond
