I opened up my eyes

Absorbed the senses

Strained I’m in the dark

Deep down, caught out

Around me I can’t see

But without a sight

What else will lead?

I still can’t follow my heart

We fell a long way down,

But it still seemed

Like no one noticed

How can they act

From every corner

I hear sound evolve

Piercing my ears

Elevating me and then

They dropped me

Battered arrived

At the bottom of the bottle

Out of strength
