06. Sneaking towards the Gem

     The gates are now open

     Under the cover of night

     like every real thief

     I will go in



     I'm sneaking and hiding

     For strange and dangerous

     Creatures that dwell here

     They are watching me



     I can hear their voices,

     Screams and wolves' howlings

     But these won't scare me

     The gem belongs to me



     Where could the gem be

     I can't still be far from it

     I hear it whispering

     "Come set me free"

     Dark, secrets are kept in

     here, that mages hide well

     I, feel the magic of

     Them, though no spell can stop

     Me, from stealing the Hidden

     Gem, the magic chest I

     Will, pick with ease and I'll

     Leave, And march homewards

     Remove traps

     Sneak and hide

     Dodge the darts

     You're inside

     Feel the gem

     Feel the stone

     Feel it in your bones

     Pick the doors

     Make your way

     Through dark halls

     Hasten pace

     Harry up

     You're the one

     You're the Masterthief



     I found where the chest is

     It's glowing with a dark light

     It's small and it's black

     It's also carved



     Statues seem to guard it

     They are gargoyle-shaped

     Their eyes seem to glow

     But a non-evil light



     The chest may be locked

     but no lock can resist my picks

     Now I cannot be stopped

     I'm opening it



     A blinding flash with smoke and

     awful smell comes out

     I steal the gem and run

     I want to go back
