Hovering above the cold

Ghosts of battle among the stars fall

Dimly reaching for me

A distant throne, calls my name

Destiny revealed

The powerful demons

My own creators

Crushed beneath my heel

And I see time as it was never

A lurking menace amongst the decay

Consumed, betrayed

Unwritten conquest

Terrible the cost

To return to former glory

Upon the raging hordes I see

The seed in creation’s soil

No will to feast

Grand plans burned away

Blood of slime

A star-forged crown, I claim it as mine

The world’s pain forces my hand

Denied above all

Forgotten and damned

The pulsing heart of true salvation

Suffers and bleeds

Overflowing with the glory

What horror comes next

Will they evoke their own end
