For many months we make our home

On raging waves or gentle foam

The seas’ salt taste ever on our lips

As we sail the world in our Dragon ships.

We do not sit with faces long

Debating for hours what’s right or wrong

For the roots of our lives stem from three

Which are Faith, Folk and Family.

If our deeds serve them in peace or war

Performed on homeland or distant shore

Then they are good, with honour bright

And worthy in the high Gods’ sight.
