They're blown away by wind

They're washed away by rain

Now all that's left are shades of grey

I look into the mirror and stare into my pale grey eyes

I start to wonder who lost its colours first

Was it me, or the world around me?

And I wonder if the colours will come back

It sneaks up upon me, silently kills the mind

The touch of night is cast on day

Alone here I shudder

I turn my eyes inside
