A reason for hope I had forgotten, silencing pain

Wounds were just cuts on this orphan season

That I used to veil

With closed eyes I've watched the gleam lose its thorns

Until skies were no more

Through unrelenting strain my fears were all gone

Gone like the vibrance of my whole world

Within this crystalline ether lies all I left

Drown in a stream of mind, drifting higher

Resignment fills my veins

Yet in the darkest clouds rays find their way

Along this dead end path tracks lead no aim

The essence of my outcome lies in its emptiness

Could I thrive on the shores of this nothingness

When perfection seems to dwell on a sunless tide that never failed

Should this haze be my blaze

Am I a drop just lost in this haunting rain

Will my heart stop longing for another day

As my pulse leaves me like light on the edge of ends

For once I now feel like I belong to something else

Through loss and bliss I now stray away

At last dreams in my core grew reality
