Reflection stares back

Lost, in a dark shade of grey

Clear, just like a picture in glass

You awakened me from a dream I had.

Visions and words you say, you please me and hide away.

But I wnat to know who you are.

I feel our unity. We've come together.

This picture that I paint intrigues me I can't explain

But I need to know who you are.

Look to the mirror and find

Portrait of a goddess whose sins are unveiled

Tears flow no recorse

Painting blessed visions dreamt only by fools

Chilling thoughts, past lives relived

Intimacy lost, time slowly slips by

Revelations painted in dreams

Poetic end to a tale never told

I've been through any transient affairs.

I can't foretell what this will bring.

I'm hopeful this encounter will rival all I've known.

Anticipate with hunger for I starve.

I recognize this difference afraid and shy away.

Sabotage the feeling and fill with guilt, alone.

Waiting but impatient. Frustration, oh I know.
