Descending to oblivion,
rapid aquiver roads without sight.
Icy rivers coils through the tunnels of waning light.
Peering through darkness, a shadow enthralled.
I wait
And I wait
And I wait for the rape of winter befall.
Devoured by a blindfolded hunger,
Time could not keep him asunder.
A honey kiss sweetens the cold,
Burning passions like ember’s gold.
“You’re a poison without an antidote
My sweet spring pomegranate”
I submit to his frozen grasp
Amidst the binding of winter mass.
And until we meet again, next time
A farewell to green meadow
A farewell to the blissful shines.
I watch over you from a distance.
I pray away the sadness
the melancholic dreams to come
In death of spring
