Stars are calling

Forever we’ve wished to fly

Our dreams soaring

To escape out of this cell

A mad man dreams

Make explosives burning hell

Fuel for machines

Travel far new worlds to find

Planets where can live mankind

Spread out through the galaxy

To remake society

Through the suffering and pain

With millions in work camps slain

Science forced, freedom repressed

Beyond bars knowledge progressed

Burning on the testing field

On battlefields a fiery shield

Through hunger, death and suffering

Closer to space they us did bring

To leave earth

Sputnik satellite man made

Space age’s birth

As he to his rocket walks

He remembers hushed talks

Talks he tries now to ignore

That another went before

They say he to ashes turned

Crashed his rocket all was burned

Second chance there will be none

Fly and land, or you’ll be gone

Look at Earth far away

No borders we’re one

No reasons for war

There’s space for each one

New worlds we will find

Rise in to the sky

There’s space for mankind

To the stars we will fly
