The media assassins are controlling me

I saw a movie that promoted war

A gun's a coward's tool

The weapon's in my mind that's what these words are for

Bloody foundations of democracy

But in a child's eyes the thought of dying never seemed so real to me

I see the country being hypnotized

I watch it happen every single day

Our minds are vanishing through open eyes

Am I the only one who feels this way?

And so I want you to please understand

Responsive media input is subject to the power of another's hand

This crime is spreading like a social disease

And through the eyes of some

The words I speak make me a liability
