Frail ghosts enshrouded by the fog of torpor

Humble and meek, enthralled and subdued

Superfluous and oblivious to enslavement

Worthless subordinates, acolytes of futility

Inferior drones blinded by the shadows of dusk

Sheep led astray, lost and weak

Fall into line, falling, falling...

Avert their eyes to see not the truth

Cover their ears and speak without words

Limbs bent backward to defy a stride

Oh, to exist in blissful ignorance

I challenge the passage of time

And question the illusion of life

With its myths of apathy and ecstasy

I reject this myopic delusion
