Watching the sky collapse

All my failures washed away

In these obsidian dreams

Pale as the bones of the dead

A ghost in the mirror

A voice from the smoke and the dust

Cries 'God lies dead'

Oh Starless night

My time has come

I lay my armour down

At the feet of The One

Father forgive me

I'm not the man I thought I'd become

I drift to the edge of the dark

Strayed too far from your hand

Above the shadow of night

I spread my ravenblack wings

Cloaked in golden fire

I eclipse the dawn
