In the night

I can feel him in my dream

I can see him in the night

A growing shadow

Standing in front of me

A frightening hollow

Growing inside my body

I am shaking

I cannot breathe

This is fear

Or this is death

In the middle of a nocturnal terror

The nightmare is in my veins and

My heart beats like a drum

I can hear this funeral music

I want to take your hand and run into darkness

To escape reality

To join the eternity

With you my nocturnal terror

Anxiety is killing me

And it won’t set me free
