My nights never end...even with the light
My dreams carry on, bringing me joy.
And a thousand imps come out from my sleep
Isolating my room in another space and time,
And telling me of future lives
And about all the times to come.
Fairs dance around me, inviting me
To join to their lighty world,
To let my dreams overwhelm reality,
To send crashing down every threshold...
And as the leaves are carried away by the wind
Coming from far, distant memories,
A silent girl opens her arms to hold me
In her world of brightness and love.
I let myself die in this mortal body
To sink, with the soul, in more perfect lights
