I've seen this before

A field of bodies

alone they decompose

It really doesn't matter

if you endure life's hardships

everything will still

turn to shit

the decay setting in

eating you from within

forgotten your every last deed

when the maggots feed

The futile struggle lost

against time herself

A merciless victor

her enemies erased

Hearing Death's call, you wonder

was this truly all, to life

No answers to be found, when you
