Shades of gray appear & slowly fade

Mindless chatter fills the soul with fear of death

The lord stops listening you lose your faith

The most appealing emotion now is your hate

The life that that you thought precious is an endless waste

Your life blood now all devoid of any taste

The ride is free, free to the chair

Roast your brains now all left is burnt hair

A second too late- your child would'nt be fatherless

A second too late- minds within your souls engaged

A second too late- your wife would'nt be a widow dead

A second too late- life's aborted, souls engaged

Images reappear things you wanted to change,

have an hour left wont matter hence,

you wanted it all pity it won't be,

life for you now is a freebie.

Deathly still, eyes focus differently

One sees the phone, the other the switch

A second before avoid electric palsy
