I'm off the cross

and looking for hope

In a world so bitter,

it's hard to cope

I'm caught in a struggle

fighting to be free

Yet brought to shame

by my own country

Greed and betryal

are bringing me down

It's time for my justice to be found

For your lies and your sins I've bled

And it's your guilt

that held me on the cross for dead

Now that I'm awake

I can clearly see

the people that are my foes,

friends and enemies

I think of the lies that have been said:

I never had been left

on the cross for dead

The time has come to forget the past

It's time for the future

to commence at last

Now as I rise, I look into the skies

My quest for glory: it will never die!
