I look at our past and cry for the disgust I feel

nude bodies, unaware, massed in a room where they wait for a shower never to come

innocent prisoners massacred by slowminded youth

while I'm writing somebody dies

someone kills

someone rapes

someone screws

decades pass and guns exalt peace

american people proud of their wars

islamic persons explode in crowds for religion and hate

other countries disinterested

my thoughts bounce in my head

observing black and white

I feel it's no longer time to be resentful
