Acid burns through concrete

The cleansing water feasts

Upon the inhabitants that dwelled underneath

Unable to escape as the undertow

Pulls the living down below

Spreading faster

Some will see it before they’re swallowed

But all will perish and hell will follow

Circumference covered

All living humans routed underground

Telekinetically absorbed

Slaves now And forever

For purpose unknown

Burrowing through the mantle

Forced to construct monuments to oppressor’s unseen

A daunting symbol of a world unclean
