In 1998 , Gothenburg, Sweden's WITCHERY grabbed the entire metal scene by the throat when NECROPOLIS RECORDS unleashed their matchless debut album. "Restless & Dead" garnered ONLY positive reviews as well as very impressive sales figures. After being engulfed in an avalanche of acclaim from metal journalists and fans around the globe, WITCHERY quickly gained a reputation as a metal force to be reckoned with.
