Hatred was founded in 1998. With a view to play some oldschool-Thrash-Metal, today's members Bacchus (voice), Maddin (guitar), Kört (guitar), Hudson (Bass) and Evil Ewald (drums) still create moshpits all over the world.

After the success of their first demo "Fractured" and the following full-length-album "Soulless", Hatred signed a record deal with the German Independent-Label "Twilight-Vertrieb". "Madhouse Symphonies" was released. It included smashing loud guitars, wild screams, and - above all - lots of music to break some necks.

The Madhouse-songs "Caught in the pit" and "We are the Moshcrew" are well known for winning two prestigious votings. Hatred got a slot on the famous Dubai Desert Rock with the former, the second one was chosen as the official hymn of the Electronic Arts game Brütal Legend!

Since their early days Hatred have shared the stage with bands like Testament, Annihilator, Six Feet Under, Ektomorf, Destruction, Tankard, Sodom, Opeth, Kreator, Lamb of God or Arch Enemy. The self proclaimed fattest Boyband you've ever seen played two tours with their buddies Cripper and Lost World Order in Germany. The guys also entered Ireland for a minitour with Ground of Ruin and took part at the biggest local Metalfest "Day of Darkness" in addition to Candlemass, Sabat and Entombed.

Beyond the band Hatred's singer Bacchus and drummer Evil Ewald founded the "Queens-of-Metal Open Air" in 2006, which is presented by the famous label Nuclear Blast.

Now, in 2010 the German Thrashers will release a new baby called "Destruction Manual" via the ambitious and young label SAOL to kick again some asses! Watch out for the new sound of German oldschool-Thrash!
